If this is your first time ordering with us, or you have a new or updated prescription, you will need to send it to us for verification. Order Tracking Information

Giant Eagle® Contact Lenses Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged and in original condition. Such returns will receive credit in full, excluding any shipping charges. If you return a contact lenses purchase and you’ve already received credit for fuelperks!®, the fuelperks!® you were credited will be deducted from your fuelperks!® account. If the amount of fuelperks!® debited exceeds your fuelperks!® balance then your account will show a negative balance. We cannot accept opened boxes and vials, as we are unable to return these to the manufacturer. For more details, please see our returns policy.
